Nickie

Description: Hi, My name is Nickie, but my foster mom thinks I should be named Angel because I am such a sweet little girl. I live with my sister Phoebe and our friend Paisley (she is younger and we look out for her) and we all get along very well. I love to play with Phoebe and Paisley but I also love to cuddle a lot, and I am a champion purring machine! Please call and come meet me. Beverly, 323/874-7380.

Phoebe

Description: My name is Phoebe and I am looking for my forever home. I am, of course, cute, cuddly, playful and a real purr baby. I love to jump at toys and toes! I live with my sister Nickie, and we are very close and could stay together, but we are also independent and fine on our own. Please call my foster mom, Beverly, at 323/874-7380.

Featured Pet: Ma Barker

Ma Barker is a beautiful charcoal gray Domestic Shorthair cat. This one year old has intelligent eyes and a playful nature. Ma Barker can be talkative and will be great company for any cat lover, perhaps she’ll even tell you the story of her unusual name. Cuddly and soft, affectionate and sweet, Ma Barker will be a great addition to any home. To meet Ma Barker, contact the shelter and inquire about ID#A040694.

Cookie

Description: Cookie is a cute, affectionate female tortoise shell kitten with none of the opinionated tortie traits. She loves to snuggle with you, and she will tell you all about her hard day of playing and napping with her foster sisters, Charlie and Lola. Her little linebacker physique disguises her agility and she is particularly fearless when climbing a cat tree. If you are looking for a sweet, playful kitten with a wonderful disposition, Cookie is awaiting your call! She would do best around another kitten or cat. Available for adoption October 4th! Contact Elaine @ 310-529-7362.

Lola

Description: Lola is an active, inquisitive, sweet female kitten that loves to play with anything and everything! Bottle caps, shoelaces, Amazon.com boxes–everything is fair game. Lola might be a little shy when you first meet her, but if you rub her neck she’ll turn her little motor on for you. Her purring goes into overdrive when she gets to sleep next to her humans–and as active as she is during the day, she sleeps like a log at night! Lola would do best with another active feline playmate. Available for adoption October 4th! Contact Elaine @ 310-529-7362.

Charlie

Description: Charlie is a sweet female kitten, ready to play her heart out, but when she is ready for her nap, there is no place where she would rather be than your lap. She loves playing with her foster sisters Lola and Cookie, but will take time out from wrestling and chasing tails to spend some quiet time with you. She will be happy to keep you company when you are watching TV or washing dishes in the kitchen. Charlie would do best with other kittens but will also do well with an adult cat seeking a little youthful company. Available for adoption October 4th! Contact Elaine @ 310-529-7362.

Penelope

Description: Penelope is a super playful, affectionate and smart girl. She was found in the sewer and she was less than a pound at 2-months-old. After many baths and a few meals, she began to grow strong and healthy; she also really warmed up to human companionship. Now Penelope is a love-bug, and she’s ready for the next chapter of her life with a caring family. She is a total purring machine and gets along well with cats and dogs.

To meet Penelope, contact her foster mom: Joselinegomez@hotmail.com or 818-972-9337
