Featured Pet: Dawn

Dawn is a 4 year old female smooth-coat Chihuahua. Her white coat with faint black spots is soft as velvet to the touch. Her stark blue eyes are sure to grab your attention and her sweet personality will win your affection. Dawn should be an indoor dog and would be fine with apartment living. She loves attention and interaction and will enjoy a walk around the neighborhood. She may do well with other dogs, so if you are looking for an addition to your canine pack, bring your four-legged family member(s) along to the shelter to meet Dawn. Ask for ID# A041645 for your introduction to this lovely girl.

Featured Pet: Babs

Babs is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix with beautiful brown and white coloring. She is just over 2 years old and has a pleasant and sweet personality. Babs is currently enrolled in our Happy Tails Training Program to help develop good behaviors. Once adopted, additional training for Babs will ensure a smooth transition and a happy life for both owner and dog. A home with a yard as well as indoor privileges are this girl’s holiday wish. Babs will be a great addition to an active family and will enjoy her daily exercise. To make Babs a part of your family, contact the shelter and inquire about ID# A041596.

Princess Bubblegum

Princess Bubblegum needs her own throne. Will it be in your house? She is a beautiful, delicate creature who will add glamour and love to your life. She likes the company of other cats and kids. But mostly she needs someone who will love her forever, someone who wants to brush her long lush hair and listen to her adorable squeaking meow. If this describes you and you’d like to meet her, call Jax at 818/890-6092.

Featured Pet: Stanley

A white smooth-coat Chihuahua, Stanley is about 6 years old. Shy and a little cautious, Stanley has a very sweet personality once you become acquainted. Patience, love and interaction with his new owners will help him gain confidence and be repaid in full affection. He should be an inside dog, but with his opera-like bark apartment living might not suit. Neighborhood walks will be the perfect exercise. Contact the shelter and inquire about ID# A041899 to meet Stanley.

Featured Pet: Earl

Otherwise known affectionately as Mr. Hoot because he makes an owl-like sound sometimes, two year old Earl is Mr. Personality. He is like the Mayor of Cat Row, always checking everything out, giving his opinion, saying yay or nay to what’s being offered. Earl has a few stories to tell and if you understood cat speak, you’d hear him announcing CATillion, an adoption event at the Buena Vista Library on 11/19. An adoption for life is what Earl is seeking, then he can become the cat in charge that he was obviously born to be. He is very vocal, so chatters are welcome. He likes to explore, so interesting homes are welcome. Stop in to meet Earl, ID# A041610, you’ll be very welcome.

Mouse

My name is Mouse. I’m a shy little girl at first, but give me a little time and I’ll warm right up to you. I’m a pretty mellow kitten and easy to get along with. I’m always up for playtime with a ball or piece of string and I love to explore. I get along great with other cats, but I’d be just as happy on my own as well. I’m looking forward to meeting you! Contact Chris at chrisdezorzi@yahoo.com.

Goldi

I’m Goldilocks, but everyone calls me Goldi because of my light tan coat. Don’t let my sad face fool you—I’m a happy and playful girl kitten and I’d be overjoyed if you took me home! I can be playful, but I also like quiet time were I can sit next to someone or on their lap. I get along well with other cats, and I’d be really happy if you could take me home.
