Where: Burbank Animal Shelter What: What’s better than adopting a playful, loving best friend? Adopting one for 50% LESS. We know it’s not about the money. But we also know you might appreciate a little extra jingling around in your pocket. So, we’re happy to say that from June 23rd through July 7th we’re offering 50% off all adoption fees. Simple as that. Just come on down to the Burbank Animal Shelter, and look forward to spending this summer (and many more) with a brand new buddy.

Woofstock-A Day of Peace, Love, and Pets
Where: Los Angeles Equestrian Center What: On rare occasions, planets align and conditions are perfect. People and animals band together for an event of historic proportions. An event for the ages. This is one of those occasions…. Woofstock. Yes, it’s the Summer of (Unconditional) Love 2013, and we at VBAS would find it totally groovy if you joined us for a two-part event! First, the Hoof & Woof Walk will take place at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. Plenty of our adoptable dogs, cats, and bunnies will be there! Kids 5-15yrs. can enjoy the Far Out Cool Scavenger Hunt, with a chance to win an iPad Mini or tickets to Magic Mountain—all in support of the Burbank PD’s K9 and mounted units. Meanwhile, an Adoption Event will be under way at the Burbank Animal Shelter, with plenty more animals to meet! Come let our super-friendly, knowledgeable volunteers introduce you to your perfect new furry friend. That’s TWO chances to meet our amazing animals! Don’t miss your chance to let the love shine in!

When: Saturday, July 20th, 11am-3pm Where: á la Mutt á la Mutt and VBAS are teaming up again for a series of hassle-free adoption events! Dogs, cats, and bunnies from the Burbank Animal Shelter will be ready and waiting to meet you. Adopting has never been easier. Our animals are already micro-chipped, spayed/neutered, and vaccinated—so all you’ll have to worry about is becoming fast friends! Adoption not an option for you at the moment?
