Featured Pet: Dottie
Dottie is a young Lab/Pit Bull mix who was brought in with her brother TOBY…they could be adopted together if you’d like 2 wonderful dogs! Either way, you’re sure to get a lovely dog that will make your house a home! Dottie has a lot of energy and will make a great hiking partner. She’s also a little shy around strangers at first, but will show you her affectionate, loveable side very soon. If you have children, she should be in a household with older kids. Both your family and Dottie will thrive together! Come to the shelter and meet Dottie ID A048719, she’ll melt your heart! |

Featured Pet: Lulu
Our sweet Lulu, a Border collie mix, is more of a ladies’ dog. She is quiet, shy and doesn’t like crowds, but she does like other quiet, gentle dogs. She also like older children and would be quite the love-bug in a calm household. Playtime and a nice walk each day would suit her just fine, then finish up the day with a snuggle on the couch! Take a trip to the shelter to meet Lulu, A039219, and find out how wonderful this cutie can make you feel! |

Bright-eyed and well, maybe not bushy-tailed, something has caught Chester’s eye! He’s hoping to catch your eye and go home with you! Chester is an older cat, around 8 years old, looking for a quiet household and a lap to sit on. Chester is part of our Seniors for Seniors program here at the shelter: Any Southern California resident age 60 and older may adopt a Burbank Animal Shelter “senior” dog or cat age seven or older, and the VBAS will waive 50% of the adoption fee (proof of age and residency is required.) If you’re looking for a mellow, easy-going pet, Chester is for you! Come over to the shelter and meet Chester ID A050010 and find a life-long friend!
