Mittsie is a Special Kitten

My name is Mittsie. I am a female black and white tuxedo kitten with white mittens on my paws. I am a very sweet and super playful! But after playtime, when I’m tired, I can be calm and like to cuddle. My mom thinks I might be a lap cat when I get a bit older, but right now there’s too much playing to do! I love to purr when my foster mom picks me up and I also like to be petted and scratched under my chin. I am doing pretty well by myself with just my foster mom, but I might like to have a playmate. I have not been around dogs or young children, but my foster home has a cat.

Just like all kittens, I love to play, especially with my pink bunny. My foster mom holds it by a loop and I bat it and when I catch it, I chew on it and kick it like crazy with all four paws. And, if I get bored with my bunny, I have my crinkly toys and balls to keep me busy. But, sometimes, I just like to run around in circles chasing my tail or my shadow.

Unlike other kittens, I was born with deformed eyes and have limited vision. But my limited vision does not slow me down. In fact, I don’t even know I have limited vision. I can find my litter box just fine and I know how to navigate the stairs. I do sometimes run into walls and doors though, especially when I’m playing. Some people say I’m a little bit special, but I just know I’m an awesome kitten!

When I get to my new home I will need some time to learn to navigate my new surroundings, but if you promise to go slow and help me adjust, I promise to be you new best friend. To meet me, please contact my foster mom at blcox01@yahoo.com.
