Mr. Rogers came to the shelter as a stray. He’s a shy, but sweet boy so he must have had a home at some point.
He is a very observant boy who likes to watch what’s going on but doesn’t really want to be part of it just yet. At the moment he seems to like pets more than just about anything else. Ear scratches, chin rubs, butt scratches, it all turns him into a quietly purring lump.
As good as he is at grooming, Mr. Rogers will probably need to be brushed on a regular basis to help keep his fur glorious. Mr. Rogers will do best in a quieter home with no small children or dogs, but we think he would do ok with another cat that give him some space.
His ideal adopter would be an experienced cat owner who is willing to be a little patient to let this beautiful boy adjust to his new home. Did we mention that he LOVES to be pet and have his butt scratched??
