Beauty was found running stray here in Burbank and was not claimed by her owner. She is a sweet and affectionate girl who loves being around people. She loves to cuddle and she thinks she’s a lap dog. A *big* lap dog. 🙂 Kennel staff have noted that she has a very high prey drive, so she cannot go to a house with cats or other small animals. She can be barrier reactive and possibly leash reactive, so she will need a physically strong owner who can handle an extra large dog that will need training.
Beauty has been tested in our Dogs Playing for Life and we feel Beauty would do best as the only dog in the household or with a very passive, tolerant dog(s). Please, no kids (teenagers are okay) and no condos or apartments.
Beauty has had some training in the past. She sits, stays, and does other commands, so we know that she is capable of great things. She uses her great big ears to listen very well to her handlers 🙂
