Maverick is about a year old and staff here say that he is a very fast learner–he has taken quickly to loose-leash walking and seems to already know ‘sit.’ Although he loves people, he cannot live with other small animals (cats, guinea pigs, etc.). Like many huskies, Maverick can be mouthy, so we don’t recommend a household with young kids or kids who don’t understand this behavior. Maverick is great with other dogs, but his energy level might be too much for some. A meet and greet is a must if you currently own dogs.
Huskies are wonderful companions but they are higher maintenance dogs (grooming, energy level, vocal level, etc.). Please research the breed, and if you feel you can give this sweet boy his forever home, please call in to make an appointment to meet him. 818 238 3340
