Blackbeard loves to play with cat toys and is very good at it! He loves bonding with his person by chasing wand toys or batting around stuffies. He makes the cutest little meows for attention, food, or to look out the window and smell the fresh air ( which is one of his favorite pastimes!). He loves to have conversations and talk back and forth with you. He has a soft spot for treats and needs no convincing to have a taste. He enjoys being around his people, but on his own terms. He may not be a lap kitty, but he will snooze next to you on the couch and show you his belly!

He is shy and is looking for a gentle and understanding owner who can respect his boundaries, as he prefers to be the one to initiate interactions with his people.
