Dozer is a 5-year-old German Shepherd currently in a foster home. He’s the perfect mix of sweet, chill, loyal, and goofy. True to his name, this handsome boy loves a good nap, enjoys being close to his people, and has a way of making everyone around him smile with his gentle personality and silly quirks.
Dozer walks nicely on leash and especially enjoys leisurely sniff walks where he can take in all the sights and smells. He can get a little excited when he sees other dogs, but he’s eager to learn and continues to make wonderful progress.
While Dozer may be a bit reserved with new people, all he really needs is patience and understanding as he learns that the world isn’t such a scary place. It takes a little time to earn his trust, but once you do, you’ll discover an incredibly loving and devoted companion.
Dozer is content doing his own thing but could also thrive in a home with the right canine companions. There truly is no one quite like him. Anyone lucky enough to welcome Dozer into their family won’t just be adopting a dog—they’ll be gaining a loyal, special friend for life.
