Bruce spent a few weeks in a foster home and he did *fantastic*! Here’s what his foster mom had to say:
Bruce is the sweetest companion. He has such a calm, relaxed presence that makes him so easy to have around. He’s independent, but he always likes to know where I am. If I get up, he’ll quietly follow me with his eyes, all while staying comfortably on his bed. He just likes knowing his person is nearby.
He absolutely loves pets, especially scratches behind his ears. He melts every time.
One of my favorite things is how he likes to keep an eye outside. I leave the front door open, with the screen door closed, and he’ll quietly watch everything happening outside. He doesn’t bark at people or dogs passing by, he just enjoys observing.
Bruce also loves his walks. He could walk and walk, stopping every now and then to sniff and explore. He walks with a loose leash and doesn’t pull. After a good 2 mile walk, he’s ready for a long, happy nap.
