Wanda has come a long way since arriving at the shelter with her 3 older kittens. The little family was abandoned at a local hotel and were all pretty scared when they came to us.
Thanks to the work and patience of volunteers and a lot of treats, Wanda is becoming a sweet, more confident cat. Once she gets to know you, she looks forward to seeing you. She’ll eat treats out of your hand and enjoys full body pets. Stop petting her and she will give you gentle head bops for more. She’s even started playing and had a blast kicking around a mouse toy and went to town on a cardboard scratcher we gave her.
You can tell she enjoys coming out of her shell, but just needs help to keep building her confidence. Wanda would do best in a quiet home with an understanding owner willing to help Wanda continue to flower into her best self.
