Ruff-ly Drawn Portraits!
Welcome to our fourth annual Ruff-ly Drawn Fundraiser! We’re so happy to again be bringing art and our beloved animals together in one fun opportunity.
Are you driven to support a local organization helping animals? Have you always wanted a custom piece of art that features your pet? Do you enjoy a little light hearted mystery and adventure? If you’ve said yes to all three questions, we have just the thing for you with this fun and simple fundraising event.
For a donation of $25 (per animal) you will receive custom made artwork featuring your pet that is yours forever. The process is simple! Along with your donation, send in your favorite picture of the animal you want to feature, and in return, a volunteer artist will create a portrait based on that picture. That’s all it takes!
Here’s where the mystery and adventure part comes in! Our artists range from highly talented to never drawn before in their lives… so you won’t know who is creating your portrait until you get the artwork back! Will it be a work of art for prominent display? Will it be a conversation starter for the refrigerator? Either way, it will be custom created just for you with a lot of love and effort.
The artwork will be created in a format that the artist feels best suits their skills and your animal, so each piece will be totally unique and hand crafted just for you. Once complete, you will receive a digital version of the art via your email that you can utilize any way you want! The digital file is yours and can be enjoyed in many ways- a printed and framed work of art, or a fun social media post, it’s up to you!
This year, the submission window will be open from April 1st, 9am PST to April 10th, 6pm PST. All final art will be delivered via email no later than May 2nd, 2026.
No physical art will be delivered, finals are digital files only.
The donation is $25 per animal with a max of two animals per entry. (Ex: one animal in photo, $25, two animals in photo $50). If you would like more drawings of your pet(s), you may submit more photos in separate entries with additional donations.
