Say Hello to Monica!
This sweet, sweet girl has been through the wringer the last few months. Her former owners only had her for one month before turning her in here at the shelter. They bought her for $20 from a homeless person in Santa Monica and who knows how many people she was passed through before that. Not a good start for a young 9 month old pup.
Monica is very good with respectful children and would make an amazing family pet as she is affectionate and loving. She gets defensive around other dogs so she will need some training and socializing with the right ones. She will need some basic training and some house/potty training.
